SEWER DRAINS ARE DRAINING VERY SLOW.
Mr. Carrico upset b/c he's being charged $10 fee to adjust a bill. He's happy $45 adjustment is being made, however it seems ludicrous when it was CBU's negligence in the first place that led to the original problem (water line leak, CBU read meter but never notified them until too late). Also, he is upset that CBU says it's open at 8am, but whenever he calls (which has been frequently) at 8am no one answers. He feels that customer service should be available at time given on recording.
Pat reported that she sees Sanitation workers picking up trash WITHOUT stickers--resident puts a sticker on one of multiple cans and Sanitation takes them all. This happens a lot at a big rooming house at Woodlawn and Hunter.

THERE IS BAGS OF TRASH SITTING IN THE SIDE YARD. THERE IS ALSO TRASH THAT IS OUT OF THE BAGS.
GRAVEL AND UTILITY TRUCKS ARE LEFT ON THIS STREET WHEN THE CREW ISN'T WORKING HERE. THE GRAVEL DUST CAUSES A MESS. HER CAR IS DIRTY, AND SHE CAN'T OPEN HER WINDOWS BECAUSE IT GETS HER HOUSE DIRTY.
WATER BACKED UP FROM STOOL WHILE CITY TRUCK CLEANING SEWER LINES EARLIER TODAY.
Ms. King called and said that she knew water was turned off at 323 S. Grant for work by T&D; however, the trucks are gone and she still has no water.
