Resident called in on Wednesday to say her yard waste had not been picked up and was told that someone would come out on Thursday. No one picked it up then so she called back on Friday. Sent notice to garage.

Carport is full of stuff looks terrible. Last year the owner covered the yard with carpet and then mulch now it is a weed patch.
The carport at this address is a mess. There is a couch that has been there for a year along with all kinds of other stuff.
