CHECK THE TRASH AROUND THIS LOCATION. TENANTS DO NOT PUT IN BAGS AND ANIMALS GET INTO IT AND SCATTER IT.
The trash has not been collected because there isn't any stickers on the bags. The yard has not been mowed for several weeks.
MISSED PICK-UP/TRASH:
Citizen says he has parked in front of his house for 5 years and buys residential permit. About 3 weeks ago he started getting parking tickets because his car was "too far out". Says when Street repaved it left a drop off and he can't pull his car over any further. People park on the other side of the street illegally and never get ticketed. Says City needs to either fix the street or stop ticketing him. He was reasonable and supportive of city employees, but says he didn't create problem.
