Gutter/drain in front of her house fills up with leaves/debris. Whoever cleans it out often dumps the debris on her yard. If this is City, it should be hauled off. It's filling up now.

(FYI--Letterhead stated address as "woodscrest" however, GIS only shows Woodcrest, hence the difference between location address and citizen address.)
