Wilmington Court Condos. There is a large evergreen tree (on Clarizz to the south of the entrance to the condos) that blocks the line of sight and causes traffic turning onto Clarizz from the condo entrance to pull out onto Clarizz to see oncoming traffic. The citizen stated south on Clarizz Blvd. near Moores Pk is an area between the sidewalk & curb and the empty lot where the grass is extremely high. It is near a bus stop and he is tired of having to stand in high weeds. There is a for sale sign, with realtor Andy Walker, on the lot which has been for sale for a long time. Since this is a regular problem, the City needs to check on this area on a scheduled basis.
