MR. KEYES WORKS FOR CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES. STATES THIS MOBILE HOME IS OWNED BY MICHAEL (UNK LAST NAME) 320-2637; NO GAS ON THERE, FURNACE IS IN POOR SHAPE AND THEY ARE USING SPACE HEATERS. ALSO CEILING IS FALLING IN. THIS IS ALSO AN UNREGISTERED RENTAL. RENTERS ARE TRACY AND RICKY LITTRELL AND THEY HAVE NO PHONES. GAVE TO BARRY COLLINS
FORMERLY NICHOLSEN'S TRLR PARK NOW SOUTH ROGERS MOBILE HOME COMMUNITY. CALLER REPORTS THAT THE TRASH DUMPSTERS ARE NOT BEING PICKED AND THAT THERE ARE 2 REFRIGERATORS (WITH DOORS THAT COULD CLOSE ON A CHILD) AND TRASH HEAPED UP. I ALSO RECEIVED A SECOND CALL ON THIS PROBLEM TODAY.
BUYERS ONLY OWNS THIS TRLR PARK WHICH USED TO BE NICHOLSON'S. THEY ARE NO LONGER PICKING UP THE TRASH AND THE RESIDENTS ARE DUMPING THEIR TRASH ON HIS LOT AND THE PILE IS 10FT HIGH AND 10FT LONG AND DOGS ARE GETTING INTO AND POSSIBLY OTHER ANIMALS. WANTS A CALL BACK ASAP AND AN INSPECTOR DOWN TO SEE THE TRASH AND MOVE TO DISPOSE OF IT.

Privacy fence falling down, runs along the back of Country Club Drive to South Rogers, on the back side of the Mobile Home Community. Especially behind lots 35-42 and 79-85.
A trailer was demolished and debrie-metal, fiber glass, and steel frame-scattered over lot. Kids have been playing on the property.
WANTS DITCH CLEANED BY THE ROAD SO WATER WON'T BACK UP INTO THE HOUSE
