REPORTS THAT THIS PROPERTY, WHICH IS A BUSINESS, IS VERY TRASHY OUTSIDE AND WONDERS ABOUT THE STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY OF THE BUILDING. WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE BUILDING AND TRASH CLEANED UP SO AS TO ENCHANCE THE PROPERTY VALUES IN THE AREA INSTEAD OF BRINGING THEM DOWN.
BUYERS ONLY OWNS THIS TRLR PARK WHICH USED TO BE NICHOLSON'S. THEY ARE NO LONGER PICKING UP THE TRASH AND THE RESIDENTS ARE DUMPING THEIR TRASH ON HIS LOT AND THE PILE IS 10FT HIGH AND 10FT LONG AND DOGS ARE GETTING INTO AND POSSIBLY OTHER ANIMALS. WANTS A CALL BACK ASAP AND AN INSPECTOR DOWN TO SEE THE TRASH AND MOVE TO DISPOSE OF IT.

Mr. Rush states that there is a truck parked in behind this house that has no plates and is completely full of trash. He also stated that the trash is blowing all over the neighborhood.
