Hedge needs cut because it causes problems for vehicles backing out of the driveway. She called last year and nothing was done. She also claims that this property is rental.
Mrs. Stone says she spoke to someone yesterday who was supposed to call her back but she doesn't know who it was. Says when City put in sidewalks a few years ago it caused changes in drainage and now everything (water, gravel, tar) washes up at the end of her property. She's "going to call the Mayor" if nothing gets done, so someone needs to at least touch base with her.
The back yard and side yard have 8-10 vehicles parked on the lawn. Complainant stated that there are usually 6 vehicles parked there, but now there are more.

Backyard is full of junk and the grass is unmowed. This is rental property, and tenant is rarely there.
Plastic pool, branches, old swing set have all been placed in alley practically blocking it. 709 W Wylie has put tree branches behind them in alley.
Tall bushes of neighbor make it difficult for her to see when she pulls in and out of her driveway. We had a complaint from her on this on May 2nd, #5056.
