EVERGREENS HANDING OVER WALL AND WHEN THERE ARE PEOPLE IN THE BUSINESS NEXT DOOR DRIVING THRU THE ALLEY IS IMPOSSIBLE WITHOUT SCRATCHING HER CAR. HER CAR WAS SCRATCHED. WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE EVERGREENS TRIMMED BACK.

Mrs. Burch called the HAND Dept. VERY upset over an overgrown bush and weeds as a line of sight problem at the corner of Dodds and Morton. She stated that the branches off of the bushes that are overgrown scrached her car. She stated that the City should pay for her car, and that she is going to take the weeds and branches to the Mayors office and dump them on his desk. She would like a call back on this ASAP. She stated that she never got a call back the last time she placed a complant.

THIS PROPERTY IS BORDERED BY TWO ALLEYS. SHE IS CONCERNED WITH THE MADISON/MORTEN SIDE..SHE USES THIS ALLEY TO GET TO THE STREET. OVERGROWTH OF BUSHES ETC INTO ALLEY DOES NOT ALLOW FOR CLEAR PASSAGE. pulling out and turning left (East) there is a large bush and telephone pole that are in the line of sight ans two accidents have happened that this location. Sarah called months ago and Sam Dean went out and told her that he would take care of it but it has not been taken care of yet.

An elderly lady called to say the house next to the address above, which is her apt. complex has a hedge/bush that is very over grown. She has to pull out half way into the road before you can see oncoming traffic. She has almost been hit twice.
