The people living at this address have dug a pit in the backyard and placed a dead dog in it. The carcass smells very badly and is causing a problem for the people who live in the area. The caller was told to call the health department, which she did. The health department told her that they don't handle problems in the City.

THE GRASS HAS ONLY BEEN MOWED ONCE THIS SUMMER - RATS HAVE BEEN SEEN COMING OUT OF THE GRASS. HE IS CONCERNED BECAUSE HIS 94 YR OLD MOTHER LIVES NEXT DOOR AND SCHOOL CHILDREN WALK PAST THIS PROPERTY.
There is a severe line of sight problem for vehicles traveling south on Elm Street looking to the west on 6th Street. There is bushes/weeds overgrown onto the sidewalk, etc.......
