SEWER ODOR IN BACKYARD.
Ms. Meyers would like for this alley to be paved, Bob Chestnut looked at this and decided that if we paved this alley it would cause drainage problems. A patch crew will be going out and patching holes in the alley. (E/W Alley that runs by the Fire Station from Rogers to Madison.)
Grass has not been cut all year. House is vacant and owned by several family members (Brown). Trash is piled at the back door.
In the east-west alley between Morrison's appliance and Elm street, there is a problem with trees growing from private property and blocking the alley access with limbs.
THERE ARE BROKEN BLOCKS, LIMBS, TRASH, WEEDS ECT. ALL OVER THE PROPERTY.
This house appears vacant - there are broken beer bottles & trash in the yard - the grass needs mowed & the front porch is going to fall in.
The grass on the south-east corner of 6th and Pine needs cut.
The grass on the north - east corner of 7th & Pine needs cut.
citizen stated that a tree had fallen into alley, Bob Falk checked and stated that home owners property needs to trim trees. No trees down that he saw.
