Monday pick-up(Fess & 7th, pick-up on Fess) Someone forgot to place out trash & recycles until too late - Can someone please pick-up. She will leave out til tomorrow, If not picked up she will wait until next week.
Missed pick-up/trash: trash can is tagged, but can was turned over and tag was ripped. Please return and pick up the trash. She will replace tag if necessary. Thank you.

Mr. Madsen called to express his concern about the efficiency of tax money on the sidewalk sweeper the City just purchased. He believes the City merchants should sweep their own sidewalks, and in the winter should shovel their own walks to better promote people to use the dowtown area. This was just a general complaint to voice his concern.

The dumpster in the alley behind the building at N. Lincoln and 7th St. is overflowing, trash is blowing everywhere and very strong odor. Mr. Hater said that the building is owned by American Sunbelt Properties.

Illegal pennants around seating area.
There are about 10-15 bags of trash in the front of the house and about the same amount in the back.
Residents at 503 E. Cottage Grove keep their trash in the alley. There are squashed bags of garbage there since March. Neighbors see rats every day around the trash.
