Says previous system worked perfectly, she got there right on time. Says she is not the only user unhappy with new computer system, that it is inconvenient for others as well. Wants to go back to her previous pick-up time.

There is a tulip tree in between 3911 & 3913 Laurel Ct. The driver of the trash truck has backed up into the tree the past 2 weeks, breaking branches and leaves everywhere. He doesn't need to back up this far and he's going to kill the tree.

Citizen says that this morning the trash crew threw the yardwaste in with the trash and that this happened down the whole street. Says he knows the difference and it was not a split packer. Says this happens periodically but not always. Says yardwaste is not supposed to go to landfill and wants to make sure that it is kept separate.
