vehicles parked too close to smith St. causing passing vehicles to veer into back yard of neighbor, close to power pole.
Mrs Smith's daughter called and her parents live at this address. Both parents have health concerns. According to the Municipal code the West side of the street is no parking and is posted no parking.. The daughter states that cars park on both sides of the street making it impossible for anoyone to drive down the street. She is concerned that emergency personnel could not get to her parents if needed.

Neighbor says there are cars behind the house and a a motor home parked behind the vacant house next door to 346.
Area on Morton St by barricade that leads to extended Convention Center parkling lot (by condos). Very difficult to walk in this area. Loose soil & big piles of rocks all over pavement. Barricade acts as a dam and allows no drainage. Wants either City, CFC or Convention Center to fix up this area.
no notice/ recycling: Claims that his neighbors placed their improperly sorted recycling on top of his recycling, thus giving the impression tht it was his recycling that was improper.
Missed pick-up/recycling: no notice left/
