The corner house on 4th and Jackson streets has fireplace logs in the middle of the sidewalk. They have been there now for over a week. Also, the house on Jackson, next door, the owner planted trees in the alley.

the alley in the 500 block of west 4th St. on the north side is becoming overgrown and thus catching lots of litter. Really begining to look trashy.

There are tree limbs and bushes overhanging the sidewalk causing a "tunnel" effect. The trees and bushes are also blocking a warning sign for the Fire Station plus a traffic regulatory sign.
