Tree plot and back yard needs cut. Says she has called numerous time to complain about this, but nothing is ever done.

STATES THIS RENTAL UNIT USES WOOD FOR HEAT AND THE SMOKE FROM THE STOVE IS CHOKING INSIDE HER HOME. ADVSD HER THERE IS NO ORDINANCE REGARDING THIS BUT WOULD LIKE IT CHECKED OUT.
Mrs Smith's daughter called and her parents live at this address. Both parents have health concerns. According to the Municipal code the West side of the street is no parking and is posted no parking.. The daughter states that cars park on both sides of the street making it impossible for anoyone to drive down the street. She is concerned that emergency personnel could not get to her parents if needed.

main complaint is number of junk cars and motorhomes on this property behind their fence. there is one vehicle for sure parked on the grass. states owner has died and believes son is renting out a part of the house and/or one of the motorhomes to a person. possible unregistered rental as well. property is a duplex 344-346 S Buckner
