Dozens of cats running loose, creating nuisance
Larry Williams called into Elizabeth Walter at the Mayor's office to complain about the property at 612 N. Monroe being over run with cats (around 10) and trash. He owns four neighboring properties: 623, 631, 635, 639 N. Monroe. He filed a uReport about this himself over a month ago and said there hasn't been any progress on the matter. I filed this for Animal Control but HAND and Public Works may be interested as well since there is an abundance of trash as well.
Problem reported in alley off of W. Cottage Grove Avenue between cottage Grove and W. 11th St. Reports of large amounts of animals in back yard near ally, noise complaint as well.
