T##M#### Resident states that someone dropped a bag of untagged trash in her yard and she wants it picked-up.

she was left a notice that she thought was marked "no TV/monitor" She didn't have a TV or monitor out. She only had 2 cans of trash. If the notice was supposed to be marked "exceeds 35 gal. limit", her cans are 32 gal. She doesn't understand.
