Notice left/ missed pick-up/trash: Last week garbage left was told crews would tr to pick up on Sat. They did not pick up this week trash not picked up again because of weight He will break it down but will not use another sticker because we took his sticker last week.

Compost in back yard has old food, fish heads and maggots. Smells so bad the neighbors can't spend any time outside their homes.
