Limbs and weeds in the back yard. Ms. Carlise filed the complaint and said to walk through her back yard so you can see the weeds. You can not see them from the street.

Citizen says that this morning the trash crew threw the yardwaste in with the trash and that this happened down the whole street. Says he knows the difference and it was not a split packer. Says this happens periodically but not always. Says yardwaste is not supposed to go to landfill and wants to make sure that it is kept separate.
