Recyling was not picked up. Sanitation was notified on Wednesday, complainant believes, was told it would be picked up but it never was. Still is sitting there. routes have been changed and due to this change crews were confused on which truck was to pick up so this was missed. shelby was made aware of this on friday and got a hold of roy via fax and cell call with infomration. leigh

Said he has called several times & did not reach anyone and left messages. Missed on Monday could we please pick up on Saturday. I returned call to resident; did not have voicemail set up at time for me to leave message; sent BC out and was not out at time of drive by, leigh
