GRASS NOT CUT.
Alley behind 1003 W Howe has debris, nails, broken glass, etc. from shed being torn down.
Tall grass; garage ready to fall down; animals living under garage; large dead tree in back yard with barb-wire around the tree.
The yard needs to be cut.
There is a row of bushes/hedges in front of 1003 W. 1st Street that blocks the line of sight for those pulling out of the apartment complex at 909 W. 1st Street. There have been other complaints (8/24/06 & 12/27/07) in regards to this problem. The property owner at 1003 trims the bushes/hedges back but they continue to grow back and cause a line of sight problem.
Mr. Waters has called and visited numerous times. He feels he should be credited $50 because he was on vacation and did not use that amount of water. His meter was tested and no problems were found. Mr. Waters told that he could not be credited that amount. He wants to appeal to Mike Phillips when he returns.
Evergreen trees and hedgerow are blocking line of sight for eastbound traffic, as you leave the parking lot of apt. complex at 909 W. 1st St.
