L & M Rentals owns the duplex and even though the units are occupied, the "For Rent" sign stays in the yard all year long. Ms Wood spoke to the owner and was informed that they leave the sign up as advertising for other rentals they own.
Has several trash bags setting on the sidewalk beside the driveway for 3 weeks.
