The citizens who lived at 821 W. Ralston Dr. moved and left trash by the mail box with out tags. They also have not mowed the yard. The caller also stated that there are weeds growing out of the guttering.

No dumpsters provided or trash cans with lids; lots of rats in the area (under the large bush and tunnels in the gravel). Property south of 1314 has rats too.

The owner of property cleaned out the house. It is a rental. They have huge piles of construction debris and trash in the front yard. It has been there for over 2 weeks.
