college kids at 309 S. Union do not bring in their garbage cans. This is the 2nd week in a row. Last week, complainant took in cans herself. She would like someone to talk to these students about rules regarding taking in cans. Does not want a call back
Mrs. Leiter feels that every time *(pls. inquire w/ her for details) she's dealt with our Animal Shelter, the people assisting her have been unwilling and uncooperative. Her experience so far has been so negative that she went to Martinsville to adopt a pet instead of coming to our A.S. HOLE IN BLACKTOP. CRIDER REPORTED TO OSBORN THAT THEY THINK STORM SEWER IS BREAKING DOWN.
There are two commercial dumpster outside of 111 N. Dunn Street. The dumpsters are full of rodents and there are tenants above that can not even open their windows without smelling the garbage.
