Commercial building with rental apartments has a common walkway with a utility closet which is full of trash and smells terrible. Ms Courtney works at one of the commerical offices at 224 N. College. (this would have to be handeled through Title 16. She will have to sign the complaint and provide you access for verification, I guess you will have to call her & explain)
If you pull in the alley beside 208 S. Rogers, you will see a hudge pile of furniture someone dropped off in the vacant lot. The furniture is covered with a tarp.
