(corner lot) complainant says this is possibly over occupied but Carol just did the cycle on this and says it is the tenant's girlfriends staying over. Mr Hanna says the best time to see problem is in early morning and after fresh snow.

Neighbor called Public Works and said that the homeless shelter (2721 S Rogers) has 5-6 cans sitting out for over 2 weeks.
The above property and the house to the west has not shoveled the snow/ice from the sidewalks.
