Mr. McCafferty called in to comment on four Bloomington Police Officers on bicycles that were near People's Park on E. Kirkwood Avenue. He said the officers were stopping people on skateboards and he said he saw no reason why there should be that many officers in one place. THE LINE OF SIGHT PROBLEM IS AT THE THREE-WAY STOP OF WESTMINSTER WAY AND ALLENDALE DRIVE. STONE STATED THAT WHEN YOU ARE GOING WEST ON ALLENDALE DRIVE THAT THERE ARE TREE LIMBS OBSTRUCTING THE STOP SIGN. THE TREE LIMBS HAVE OVERGROWN ONTO THE STREET ALSO.
