Mr. Geels received a letter for a line of sight problem for his property at 4th St. & Bryan Ave. (See Action #11659). He complained that the city doesn't enforce the 25' sight triangle consistently and sited the Southeast corner of 3rd & Grant.
Citizen was concerned with the block of 3rd street between Pleasent Ridge and Reisner, they stated that it is over grown and you can not see to turn. Citizen was also concerned with 438 S. Meadow Brook Ln, they stated that you can not see over weeds turning off of Reisner on to Meadow Brook at the N W corner.
Tim called to state that the property owner of what used to be the Home Dry Cleaners have not cleared the snow & ice from their section of sidewalk. This area is hazardous!
trash from Chinese restaurant over flowing, two dumpster pick ups a week not doing it. Bad smell affecting other businesses.
