Citizen says a tree has fallen in her yard which she thinks the city is responsible for, and also that her lot was skipped when trees were being planted, all her neighbors have them except her. Lee: This was a message & I haven't spoken w/her yet to get the full story. Would you let me know if this downed tree is ours? Also, I'm assuming the developer put in the trees in Kensington, not us? Citizen says that at about 8:40 this morning (Tues 9/30), a white City trash truck (did not get #) made a 3-point turn in the middle of the street about 30 feet from the intersection of Walnut & Grimes. They went over a double yellow line and backed up traffic "creating a very hazardous situation."
