Ms. Vernon is concerned and upset that Mr. Onkst's rental properties in the Fritz Terrace Addition are all very unkept, running down the neighborhood and decreasing property value in the area.

Dunn St. b/c Griffy Lake is "devouring" East side of Dunn. Also, brush along N. Dunn is literally hanging into road causing problems for motorists, as well as people.
