##RM##### recycle was missed last week but didn't realize it until today (though he was off schedule) Please collect recycling - some is in trash cans with lids on - but red bin was missed too.

Citizen says that either trash or recycling truck keeps running into his yard. He lives on a cul-de-sac, and apparently the trucks back down to exit because they can't turn around. Citizen claims a city employee in white 4 dr vehicle with municipal plates passed him on Grimes heading toward Henderson and caused him to run off the road. Says driver gave him the finger.
