She called into the garage on Thursday around 11:00 a.m. and was told that someone would be back that day and no one came. It is still out there. There are 4 bins. Sent a miss out notice on 9/3/10.
Constituent called complaining about neighbor's yard -- grass is too high.
Citizen states the house used to be rented out but tenant left so the owners moved in and have been there about 3 months. The grass has never been mowed. The grass is over 2' high.

Citizen says that Recycling truck goes over her driveway and keeps breaking concrete. Understands they have a hard time turning around because its a cul-de-sac but had to pay $250 to fix it last year, and it almost needs it again. She MAY file a claim with Risk depending on our action. KEN: I need you to look at this and see if its possible to avoid going over the driveway, or if its possible to use another piece of equipment that could make the turn more easily (split packer?).
