The whole cul-de-sac is flooded. There is a drain that runs between 4206 & 4208 Lilac that is supposed to run into a ditch that is in front of her house. Everytime it rains the ditch overflows - her whole drive is flooded - up to the middle of her car doors. The whole cul-de-sac is flooded. Please get back to her abouth the situation.

Mr. Waxler manages the properties at W. 10th Street & Adams Street. He is concerned that the storm sewers are in need of cleaning both in front of and behind the properties, where the storm sewer goes under the railroad.
