property owner called in to inform us that tenants moved out without tagging trash and also is left in the alley way - owner has previously called in regarding missed pick ups and non-tagged trash. Last time sanitation will pick this up without tags per Chris.
Trash in backyard of house since before summer break started. The guy said some of it is in cans.

The man who called said its either 429 or 431 S. Henderson. They have bags of trash in the front yard which have been there at least two weeks.
Trash dumpster is filled with trash and falling out around it. The caller says its from apt. D. The site is at the corner of E. 9th St. and N. Fess.
