Trash and junk all over front and back yard. Door kicked in most of the time, needles in yard. Entered for title 6 trash and junk for HAND. Possible unsafe. Will contact Health department for needles.

Trash in the front yard, broken glass, sometimes the debris is in the road. There is a dog chained to a tree and the dog is in the middle of the trash.
High grass.
Complaint of dumping in the backyard of 2431 N. Skyline Dr. May be trying to make a compost but she complained of a toxic smell. Not sure what is being dumped on rules on what can be dumped.
