A citizen called to report that the residents as 613 Eastside Dr. leave trash out by the road.

A citizen called in and stated that the residents at 1305 E. Maxwell have been leaving there trash out side the house in view of the road.

Trash is sitting AROUND 2603 S. Bryan and you can see it from the street. The Citizen also stated that dogs are getting into the trash as well. He was not sure of the address. He called back in to report the same problem on 10/22/2004.
