THERE IS SCATTERED TRASH IN THIS YARD AND RESIDENTS ARE NOT TAKING THEIR GARBAGE TO THE CURB FOR PICKUP. HE ALSO BELIEVES THIS IS OVER OCCUPIED AS THERE ARE 6-7 CARS PARKED THERE EVERYDAY.
