No notice/missed pick-up/recycling: Said all her recycling was left, while her neighbor's was taken. No trash out.
no notice/ recycling: Claims that his neighbors placed their improperly sorted recycling on top of his recycling, thus giving the impression tht it was his recycling that was improper.

There is high grass and trash everywhere. There is also a gas can sitting beside the road.
High grass. The weeds are now growing into the neighbors yard. A car is parked in the driveway with expired plates. The plates expired 4 years ago.
TRASH IS IN THE YARD.
John left a voice mail message that stated that the greass in the back yard of the 500 block of E. Hillside Dr. is approximately 5ft. high.
There is a large pile of trash in the driveway.
