During the month of July, Insight trimmed back branches away from their equipment. The equipment was left unsecured and the branches left. After a few phone calls to Insight, the box was secured, however, the branches have not be removed. Please see the attached memo for detailed information regarding this complaint.

CHECK ALLEY BETWEEN BLOOMINGTON BAGEL AND WHITE MOUNTAIN WHICH LEADS TO BLOOMINGFOODS. ADDRESS GIVEN ON COMPLAINT IS JIFFY TREET AND CALLER IS FROM THERE. THERE IS CONSTRUCTION GOING ON IN THAT ALLEY AREA BUT THE TRASH MAY OR MAY NOT BE FROM THEM..COULD BE COMING FROM DUNN APTS. MOUNTAINS OF IT INCLUDING A TOILET ETC. AND THEY ARE STILL PILING IT ON.

STACKED TRASH UP ON SAT AND PICKUP DAY IS FRIDAY AND ABOUT 20 BAGS OF TRASH OUT FRONT & THERE IS ALSO TRASH IN THE BACK & TRASH BLOCKING THE SIDEWALK. RENTAL IS VACANT RIGHT NOW AND THE BASEMENT IS FULL OF OWNER'S STUFF LIKE 10 REFRIGERATORS & 20 COUCHES - AFRAID IT'S A FIRE HAZARD. MORE STUFF IN THE BACK WITH TARPS COVERING.

There is trash, weeds, cars, vans and a boat on the properties located at 1209 and 1211 West 11th Street. Lucille asked that the department take a camera to the site.
