Manager says he has repeatedly ask the tenants not to store trash and other articles on the balconies. He feels that this is a fire hazard. I told him we would take a look at it but we may not be able to do anything.
Manager says he has repeatedly asked the tenants to remove the trash and other stuff from the balconies. He feels that this is a fire hazard. I told him we would look into it but it sounds to me like it is storage more than trash.

SEWER BACKUP
Mr. Jesseph works at German-American Bank, and asked that the tree directly outside the bank be trimmed if possible. When the bank lowers its flag to half-mast (which has happened unfortunately often recently), it gets caught in the tree and ruins the flag.
Dumpster across the alleyway has trash all around on the ground.
