Missed pick-up/recycling: Did recyc. as always do. Put a clear plastic piece over the recycling - seperated into bags as they always do - covered due to the rain & steet. Lady was sick in bed so she did not know if a notice was left.

Ms. Harris called our office on 1/26 complaining that her children were almost hit by a bus (bus #4, driver Glenn). She also complained that she was called the "n" word (which is a derogatory statement for an African American) by the bus driver), after she wanted to get off and he wouldn't open the doors for her and her children to get off the bus. She had stated that she was "very upset" by the service and names she was called by this bus driver.

Other- Resident upset since trash can was broken by crews. The can is cracked along the entire side and a hole is in it now too. This happened once before and the crews gave her a used can to replace her own, but this time she wants a new one. She is very mad.
