Subscribers cable service is disconnected. TCI says she is in arrears. Rec'd bill for $116.69 in March showing unpaid balance and late fee. She insists that her bill has been paid every month on time. Says she tried to show TCI duplicate checks to prove this but they wouldn't accept them, told her to get originals which would cost her $3 each from bank. Says they won't explain how she is behind in payments, that its up to her to prove she's paid.

Citizen says construction crew was jackhammering street at 8am at Lincoln & University, a few feet away from her (and other) car. Dust and chunks of asphalt are all over her car. She thinks that no parking signs should have been posted if they were going to work this close to cars. Street Dept. thinks this was an Indiana Gas crew.

Mr. Johnson complained that he had "somewhat of an animal emergency" but was unable to get through to the Animal Control/Shelter. I talked to the Shelter, and apparently they are short 4 staff members and are very busy. When I said that I'd received a complaint they apologized but said that it was important to leave a message, which the gentelman appraently did not do.
