No tags on some of the trash; woman next door is worried it won't be picked up by Sanitation tomorrow.
SIDE YARD HAS 2 FULL GARBAGE CANS AND SEVERAL BAGS OF TRASH THAT HAVE BEEN SITTING FOR WEEKS. THERE ARE ALSO EMPTY CANS AROUND BACK WITH WATER IN THEM AND COMPLAINTANT IS AFRAID OF MOSQUITOS.
The trash has not been collected because there isn't any stickers on the bags. The yard has not been mowed for several weeks.
