A citizen called to state that there is trash strewed about the yard of the property at the corner of South Waldron Street & West Kirkwood Avenue. The citizen stated that the trash is very unsitely.
Mr Knight shares a garage with residents living at 817 N Washington. Their side of the garage is so full of newspapers that they cannot park their vehicle in the garage. Mr Knight is afraid that mice may be living in the newspapers.
An representative from the law firm of Applegate, McDonald, & Koch called to state that a pile of trash is stacked up around the dumpster screen.
Citizen states that behind this residence next to the alley there is a mattress that has been there for quite a while next to their trash cans. Citizen states that the mattress keeps getting dragged out into the alley
The house is vacant and for sale by HUD. Someone set a trash can full of trash by the road several weeks ago with no trash sticker so it has not been picked up.
There is a couch and chair in front of 1040 W. Briarcliff. It is also in front of 1100 Briarcliff Drive. The couch and chair does not belong to Shelly Scott who lives at 1100 Briarcliff Drive.
