This house has been vacant forever. He has called several times and so have neighbors. The weeds are all grown up and their is an old sofa, shopping cart and other trash in the yard. The house is also infested with rats. It is very dangerous.

She also said that she had been doing this for years ( I am assuming that she means doing the drive by's and then complaining).
