Ms. Elvsaas stated that the tenants at 1202 S grant have taken 20 bags of trash and rolled them up in a black plastic tarp. Ms. Elvsaas stated that the tarp of trash in located in the back yard. Ms. Elvsaas is concerned about animals getting into the trash and stringing all over the neighborhood.
