They put trash out on Monday and a private hauler comes by on Thursday. Sometimes the hauler doesn't come for 2 weeks. This is a 1-unit house. We do not show it as a rental.

seen from alley, trash throughout yard, 1 1/2' to 2' grass, two cars in yard, torn tarp over it and hasn't been moved in years,garbage all over the back, a hazard
