There is trash at the corner of Allen and Washington.
There is trash everywhere around garbage cans and on the sidewalk.
There is trash everywhere around the trashcans and on the sidewalk. It is the same way at the house beside 202 east Dodds.
They haven't mowed the grass or cut the weeds ( they are over a foot tall), they also have a recycle bin out on the sidewalk w/ trash around it.
They always leave trash containers out & they have papers just thrown around in the yard.
