Mrs. Myers called on behalf of her son, Joe Myers, because the alley-way running from Rogers St. east -west near the Rogers St. fire station needs to be paved. She wants the Street department to have more money so that they can pave her alley sooner than the fall of 1999, when Bobby Chestnut told her it would be paved.

near the corner of Dodds st. and Morton, adjacent to the railroad tracks, there is a huge brushpile. The owner of the property there by the tracks cut out alot of trees and shrubs to prevent illegal activity down there, and the neighbors are greatful; however, the huge brushpile remains and it is unsightly and attracts animals
Grass has not been cut all year. House is vacant and owned by several family members (Brown). Trash is piled at the back door.
Trash everywhere and dumpster overflowing with trash right outside Mr. Reis window. He stated that CS Management is the agent for this property.
